Morgan Stanley established a new Futures Brokerage business with location in Beijing. The entity trades in commodity futures products as listed in the China exchanges.
Job Responsibilities:
- As Brokerage Department Head of the Company, the role directly reports to the Company's CEO.
- Responsible for following the clients’ order instructions to execute the futures and options order with accuracy, timeliness and completeness, familiar with relevant trading tools and facilities.
- Closely manage the client's accounts (including margin accounts, position holdings etc.) and the account activities on a continuous basis, to identify potential business opportunities.
- Monitor key indicators of the client’s account, including margin occupation ratios, positions, etc., communicate with clients on actions such as margin top-up, position close-out, etc.
- Responsible for end-to-end handling of the client’s requirements.
- Responsible for client compliant handling.
- Client relationship maintenance and discover new revenue opportunities.
- Abide with relevant laws, regulations, provisions from CSRC, the AOA of the company and related policies. Maintaining integrity in the job and the role’s responsibility.
Job Requirements:
- Certification of Futures Practitioner from China Futures Association.
- Familiar with relevant laws and regulatory requirements on PRC futures business in PRC.
- Familiar with local exchanges trading rules, trading products in relevant markets in PRC.
- Minimum 5 years’ desk dealer experience relating to Futures & Options trading and dealing.
- At least 5 years of experience in PRC Futures-related experience is preferable.
- Experience in servicing international clients / QFII client is preferable.
- Well-experienced in maintaining client relationships.
- Bachelor’s degree or above.
- Good teamwork and cooperation.
- Familiar with trading tools and facilities.
- Fluent in Chinese Mandarin and English with solid written and verbal communication skills.
