We're seeking someone to join our technology team as an IT Security Admin in China Cyber Data Risk & Resilience department in Morgan Stanley Futures China to implement IT security policies and procedures according to the relevant policies and regulations relating to cyber security and industrial IT security standards.

This is a Lead Cybersecurity Operations position at Vice President level, which is part of the job family responsible for monitoring, detecting, and responding to security incidents to ensure the organization's systems and data are protected from actual and potential threats or breaches.

What you'll do in the role:

• Communicate regularly with product leads across the technology organization and discuss opportunities for improvement to existing and future technology solutions.
• Responsible for periodic / ad-hoc IT security assessment, coordinating with 3rd party IT security vendors to review configurations and policies applied to IT security devices and IT systems to detect system vulnerability and identify potential risks, formulate risks resolution plan, and keep tracking of remediation results.
• Responsible for preparation of IT system security assessment report according to relevant regulatory requirements.
• Responsible for the maintenance and operation of the anti-virus software, ensure the timeliness and completeness of virus library update.
• Responsible for carrying out company-wide IT security training, to improve the information security awareness of the Company's employees.
• Abide to relevant laws, regulations, provisions from CSRC, the AOA of the company and related policies. Keep the integrity to the job and the role’s responsibility.
• The role, prior to the Company establishment, is responsible for supporting the working group on project related matters for the Company setup.
  
  

What you'll bring to the role: 

• Ability to effectively manage multiple functions or guide junior staff and initiatives.
• Advanced understanding of business line and discipline with some knowledge of competitive environment and other disciplines.
• Certification of Futures Practitioner from China Futures Association.
• Experience relating to IT security or equivalent in financial institutions or IT security service provider; Previous experiences in foreign-invested financial institutions is preferable.
• Familiar with relevant law, corresponding regulatory requirements with regard to futures business and cyber security in PRC.
• Good professional ethics could timely identify and report the issue or potential risks from the compliance and risk management status of the Company’s daily operations.
• Bachelor or above in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Fluent in Chinese Mandarin and English with solid written and verbal communication skills
• At least 6 years' relevant experience would generally be expected to find the skills required for this role.

主要工作职责描述：

• 作为 Futures Company 的 IT 安全管理员，该职位直接向公司信息技术部门负责人报告，并应负责根据与网络安全和工业 IT 安全标准相关的政策和程序实施 IT 安全政策和程序；
• 负责定期/临时 IT 安全评估，与第三方 IT 安全供应商协调，审查适用于 IT 安全设备和 IT 系统的配置和政策，以检测系统漏洞和识别潜在风险，制定风险解决计划，并持续跟踪补救结果；
• 负责根据相关法规要求编制IT系统安全评估报告；
• 负责防病毒软件的维护和操作，保证病毒库更新的及时性和完整性；
• 负责全公司范围内IT安全培训，提高公司员工的信息安全意识；
• 遵守相关法律、法规、中国证监会的规定、公司AOA及相关政策。 保持对工作和角色责任的诚信；
• 在公司成立之前，该职位负责支持工作组处理公司成立的项目相关事宜。

任职要求： 

• 中国期货协会期货从业者认证；
• 至少 6 年与 IT 安全相关的经验，或金融机构或 IT 安全服务提供商的同等经验；最好有外商投资金融机构的工作经验；
• 熟悉相关法律、中国期货业务和网络安全的相应监管要求；
• 良好的职业道德，能够及时发现和报告公司日常经营的合规和风险管理状况中的问题或潜在风险；
• 计算机科学学士或以上学历或同等学历；
• 流利的中文普通话和英语，具有扎实的书面和口头沟通技巧。
