Our businesses include underwriting and sponsoring of equities and bonds, securities principal trading, as well as other businesses approved by the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC). With headquarters in Shanghai, the company also has a branch in Beijing.
In the Investment Banking division, we offer Global expertise in market analysis and in advisory and capital-raising services for corporations, institutions, and governments. Morgan Stanley is a worldwide leader in Investment Banking. We are one of the top firms in Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), underwriting of equity transactions, corporate debt issuance, and high-yield debt financing.
