Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for channel development and maintenance of north region, aiming to accomplish KPI set by the firm and improve AUM of the region.
- Set up and execute regional sales plan, aligning to firm’s overall strategic plan.
- Manage day-to-day business of the north team.
- Responsible for delivering professional services to distributors, including but not limited to visits, events, training, etc.
Job Requirements:
- Qualified for fund sales work and held AMAC certificate.
- bachelor's degree or above, background in finance, economics, marketing or relating majors is a plus.
- 10+ years of relevant experience in the industry, able to work independently.
- Equip with Knowledge in mutual funds, asset management, etc.
- Good communication and negotiation skills, has strong motivation, able to leverage group resources to daily work, team spirit and able to align with firm culture.
