Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for channel development and maintenance of north region, aiming to accomplish KPI set by the firm and improve AUM of the region.
  2. Set up and execute regional sales plan, aligning to firm’s overall strategic plan.
  3. Manage day-to-day business of the north team.
  4. Responsible for delivering professional services to distributors, including but not limited to visits, events, training, etc.

 

Job Requirements:

  1. Qualified for fund sales work and held AMAC certificate.
  2. bachelor's degree or above, background in finance, economics, marketing or relating majors is a plus.
  3. 10+ years of relevant experience in the industry, able to work independently.
  4. Equip with Knowledge in mutual funds, asset management, etc.
  5. Good communication and negotiation skills, has strong motivation, able to leverage group resources to daily work, team spirit and able to align with firm culture.
