We're seeking someone to join our team as a delivery lead in Investment Management Technology to drive the delivery of complex projects and coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring that projects are executed on time and within scope while aligning with our core mission and values.

This is a Delivery Lead position at Director level, which is part of the job family responsible for developing and maintaining software solutions that support business needs.

What you'll do in the role:
- Communicate regularly with product leads across the technology organization and discuss opportunities for improvement to existing and future technology solutions.
- Lead the planning and execution of project deliverables, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations
- Responsible for multiple large-scale projects with cross-functional teams and business units
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation, proactively identifying and mitigating risks
- Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders and project teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals
- Support the organization in optimizing project delivery processes, leveraging metrics and data to inform decision-making
- Responsible for providing technical system solutions and also be responsible for timely technical delivery of application/system
- Responsible for effectively monitoring and taking actions to ensure coordination and effectiveness of all components
What you'll bring to the role:
- Ability to effectively manage multiple functions or guide junior staff and initiatives
- Advanced understanding of business line and discipline with some knowledge of competitive environment and other disciplines
- Working experience in project management or delivery management, preferably in financial industry.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget
- Good knowledge in software development lifecycle/SDLC management and related technologies
- Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Good written and oral communication skills in both English and Mandarin
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- At least 6 years' relevant experience would generally be expected to find the skills required for this role.
Preferred:
- Familiar with project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar.
- Good understanding of agile methodologies and frameworks
- Experience with budgeting and resource management
