Job Responsibilities:
1. Monitor domestic and international macroeconomic data, monetary policy, fiscal policy, and regulatory policies. Prepare macroeconomic and interest rate trend analysis reports. Track funding conditions and liquidity environment (DR007, R007, MLF operations, central bank open market operations, etc.). Analyze liquidity impacts on the bond market and forecast yield trends for interest rate bonds.
2. Conduct research on interest rate derivatives pricing (e.g., interest rate bonds and government bond futures), duration strategies, and term spread strategies. Provide research support for interest rate risk hedging and duration adjustments in fixed income portfolios. Integrate macroeconomic and interest rate assessments to develop daily/weekly/monthly strategic frameworks and predictive models for yield curve movements in interest rate bonds (including government bonds, local government bonds, and policy financial bonds).
3. Provide credit bond research support covering industrial bonds, municipal bonds, financial bonds, and other credit bond instruments. Conduct industry credit analysis, issuer credit rating and pricing research. Establish and maintain credit bond issuer databases and rating systems. Track credit events and industry changes to issue credit risk warnings and adjust the credit bond investment pool, providing decision-making basis for credit bond investment and risk management.
4. Monitor primary market issuance and secondary market transaction data for credit bonds, analyze supply-demand dynamics and trading sentiment, and produce market commentary reports. Study credit spread patterns to formulate sector/individual bond allocation strategies, provide bond recommendations and portfolio allocation advice to investment managers, and participate in fixed income portfolio reviews and strategy optimization.
5. Participate in building the fixed income investment research system, refine research frameworks, databases, and quantitative pricing models, and track research and investment opportunities in innovative bond products and new directions for fund instruments.
Job Requirements:
1. Excellent educational background, master’s degree or above from a key overseas institution (finance, economics, etc. not limited to), overseas related work experience is preferred, CFA/ACCA/CPA is preferred.
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in interest rate bond research, credit bond research, or fixed income investment. Familiarity with bond market product structures and institutional behavior is required. Candidates with a strong foundation in fixed income and interest rate pricing quantitative methodologies are preferred.
3. Good language and communication skills in both English and Chinese. Proficiency in Python for data cleaning, feature engineering, model implementation.
