Morgan Stanley Investment Management China (MSIM China) strives to provide diverse investment management services to a full spectrum of clients across both individual and institutional investors. Established as a joint venture in 2008, MSIM China became fully owned by Morgan Stanley Investment Management in 2023.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  1. According to the development strategy of the company's E-Commerce business, seize market opportunities, expand various business cooperation with Internet E-Commerce channels, and achieve sales goals.
  2. Develop and maintain E-Commerce channel clients, determine business cooperation models and develop marketing promotion plans based on the characteristics of different partners, coordinate internal and external resources to promote project implementation, and achieve sales targets according to company requirements.
  3. Responsible for business cooperation with third-party E-Commerce platforms, able to develop and implement marketing strategies based on the requirements and characteristics of institutional clients, and achieve sales targets for institutional clients.
  4. Closely track the development of the fund market and industry, gain in-depth understanding of the operation and service needs of third-party E-Commerce channels, and promote the improvement of channel and institutional clients' awareness and trust in the company and products.

 

Job Requirements:

  1. Master degree or above, with more than 10 years of experience in Internet financial business or institutional business development, especially in E-Commerce, marketing, finance, management, economics, etc.
  2. Familiar with business expansion work, possessing strong negotiation skills, and able to withstand certain pressure.
  3. Having the ability to learn quickly and excellent logical analysis skills, strong copywriting skills and innovative thinking, and the ability to independently plan and propose.
  4. Pay close attention to the securities market, social current events and network hotspots, have a strong interest in the Internet industry, and can quickly respond to hotspots.
  5. Has strong subjective initiative, sharp insight, and clear analytical ability, possesses excellent communication skills, strong professional dedication, team spirit, and a sense of work responsibility.
  6. CET-6 or above, with strong reading and translation skills.
  7. Proficient in using office system software such as Excel and PowerPoint.
