Job Responsibilities:

1. Write research reports on covered industries and related companies independently.
2. Make a clear judgment on the development trend and investment opportunities of the covered industry and related companies and put forward reasonable investment suggestions to portfolio managers.
3. Assist and support other departments to complete relevant work.

Job Requirements:

1. Master's degree or above from top university, bachelor's degree in engineering is preferred, combined education background of technology and engineering, finance and economics is preferred.
2. At least two years’ research experience in the high-end manufacturing (electrical equipment, new energy, machinery etc.) industry.
3. Familiar with the basic situation and investment logic of the high-end manufacturing industry and have established a solid stock pitching framework.
4. With strong work ethic and innovative spirit, strong sense of responsibility, and can adapt to high-intensity work pressure.
5. Strong ability of information collection, critical thinking, analysis and judgment, oral and written expression.
